Make sure you are near a wifi network with publicroam. See locations.
Step 1
Go to settings
Step 2
Go to wifi networks
Step 3
Click on the wifi network publicroam. You will arrive at a settings screen.
Step 4
Choose the following settings (scroll down):
Security: WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Tunneled TLS
Anonymous Identity: Leave blank
Domain: publicroam.nl
CA-certificate: none
CA-certificate password: Leave blank
No CA-certificate required: Check
Inner authentication: MSCHAPv2
Username: Username*
Password: Password*
* Your login details for publicroam (see SMS or in the app)
Step 5
Click connect
You are now connected

Step 1
Make sure your device is connected to the internet to download the certificate.
Download the CA Certificate via this link:
https://www.sslcertificaten.nl/files/USERTrust_RSA_Certification_Authority.crt
Step 2
Make sure you are near wifi with publicroam. See locations
Keep your login details handy (see SMS or the app). Don’t have them? Sign up via publicroam.nl.
Go to Wifi settings via the Windows key; in the search window type: network
Step 3
Go to CA-certificate, make sure the certificate is applied in the wifi settings.
Step 4
Click on the wifi network publicroam. You will arrive at a settings screen.
Step 5
Choose the following settings:
Security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Protected EAP (PEAP)
CA-certificate: Select the certificate you downloaded
Can’t select a certificate?
Try Step 1 again
PEAP-version: automatic
Inner authentication: MSCHAPv2
Username: Username*
Password: Password*
* Your login details for publicroam (see SMS or in the app)
Step 6
Click connect
You are now connected
