Let your visitors know that publicroam is available. Use the free stickers, flyers, and tent cards provided. Inform people on your own website that publicroam is available. Materials can be ordered through the participant portal.

Inform your own staff about the new service a few weeks before publicroam becomes available. Send them an email, share the short manual, and let them watch the training videos. Make sure they know to refer any questions directly to the publicroam helpdesk.

Decide when to disable your open Wi-Fi. From that moment on, all visitors will have secure guest Wi-Fi access via publicroam.
